| Captain William (Wild Bill) Emily started his maritime career in January 1978 when he joined the U S Navy, serving as a mechanical & electrical marine (EOOW) and Chief Engineer assignments on various US Naval vessels, including amphibious warships, landing assault craft, 72' torpedo boats, YTB class medium harbor tug boats and MSO class Minesweepers. Captain Bill spent most of his time at sea, sailing the worlds oceans. After retiring June 1996, Captain Bill moved to Colville and Kettle Falls area where he continues to serve in the law enforcement community. Captain Bill spends most of his free time fishing, boating, sailing, and scuba diving Lake Roosevelt, the upper Columbia River and various local lakes. Captain Bill is an excellent marine engineer, craftmaster and navigator. Where experience and safety counts, Captain William (Wild Bill) Emily is your Captain you can count on. So spend the day with us fishing, sight seeing and relaxing on the beautiful Lake Roosevelt and the upper Columbia River. Need assistance with vessel relocation services?
